Jennifer Graham
Jennifer Graham is an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT). She holds two degrees from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English Literature and a minor in Religious Studies. During her time at the University of Ottawa, Graham tutored ESL students from countries around the world including Iran, South Korea and Japan. Before becoming a certified teacher, she worked as an adult educator for corporations such as Prime Restaurants, Investors Group and Inspired Interiors. An ardent philanthropist, in 1999 Graham helped to create and facilitate the Canadian Red Cross’ first Teasing and Bullying workshop; since then, she has supported organizations that help single mothers, advocate for the homeless, and promote arts and culture education. Currently, she is a member of the Ottawa South Committee for Refugee Sponsorship, and volunteers with the Ottawa Catholic School Board. Graham is AlivEducation’s Vice-Principal, and their intermediate and senior level English teacher.
